Hi All,
As you know for the past 2-3 days we have been struggling to get the system up with the same speed. We might need some more time to work. And the automatic aggregation might delayed up to 24 hours!
Hopefully we’ll be able to bring up everything by the end of this month.
Meanwhile, our regular features like “blogger of the day” will be stoped for few more days. The recommended bloggers details we received will be published as soon as we are back to stage! hope to come soon :-)

Update: We found out the issue related to continuous updates to the database! Although the reason why it has started happening is unknown.., we are happy we could pin point and stop the problem.:-)
The automatic aggregation seems to cause heavy server load in our hosting side:-(
As of now, we have decided to stop the automated aggregation service.
Please use the pinging in Thenkoodu Home to update your blog posts. Sooner or later we’ll come out with a more technology oriented xml-rpc api to ping our server.

There seems to be a unknown reason and database issue in the server. We are currently looking in to it. We’ll let you know the status as soon as the issue is resolved.

ஜூன் ‘06 மாதப் போட்டியின் முடிவுகள்

எங்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பிற்கும் மேலாக இந்தப் போட்டியில் பங்கெடுத்துக்கொண்டு ஆர்வமுடனும் உற்சாகத்துடனும் எழுதிய வலைப்பதிவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் எங்களின் வாழ்த்துகளும் பாராட்டுகளும். போட்டியில் வெற்றி பெற்ற வலைப்பதிவர்களுக்கு எங்களின் சிறப்புப் பாராட்டுகள்.
பின்னூட்டங்கள் மூலமாகவும், வாக்குப் பதிவில் கலந்து கொண்டு வாக்களித்தும் பதிவர்களை உற்சாகப்படுத்திய வாசகர்களுக்கும் எங்களின் நன்றிகள்.

எழுத்துத்திறனையும் நல்ல எழுத்துக்களையும் உற்சாகப்படுத்துவதற்காக நடத்தப்படும் இந்தப் போட்டிகளில் வெற்றி தோல்வியை விட பங்கேற்பு என்பதே திறமையை நிரூபிக்கும் முயற்சி. அந்த விதத்தில் போட்டியில் கலந்து கொண்ட அனைத்து பதிவர்களையும் பாராட்டுவதில் மகிழ்கிறோம்.
சூடு பறக்கச் செய்த சிறப்பான ஒரு தலைப்பினைக் கொடுத்ததுடன் மட்டுமல்லாது , அன்புடன் எங்களுடன் ஒத்துழைத்ததற்கும், பதிவுகளில் தலைப்பு குறித்து நேர் செய்த விதத்திற்கும், போட்டி முடிவில் தந்த முழுமையான அறிமுகங்கள் இடுகைக்கும், இந்தப் போட்டிகளின் தொடர்ச்சிக்கு ஒரு சிறந்த முன்மாதிரியாகத் திகழ்ந்தமைக்கும் திரு. சுரேஷ் (பெனாத்தல்) அவர்களுக்கு எங்களின் மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகள்.

The only searchable “Technical Terms Tamil Dictionary” could now be searched in unicode tamil (as well as in english) and results will also be in unicode. You can search the dictionary by selecting “Tamil VU ” in the dictionary portlet.

ஜூன் ‘06 மாதப் போட்டிக்கான தலைப்பு வலைப்பதிவர் ‘பினாத்தல்’ சுரேஷ் அவர்களால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. அவருக்கு எங்களின் நன்றியைத் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.
