Few minor enhancements

1. Wiktionary search was included in the dictionary portlet of home page for easy access.
   The dedicated dictionary page http://dictionary.thenkoodu.com already includes, wiktionary!
2. Comments Pinger Code for new templates of blogger BETA was updated in the control panel codes section.

   Techie Stuff: We have added extra line to validate if at least one comment exists. Thanks to B.BETA for the expanded possibilities.
